Since is a betting exchange, and not a bookie itself, some of your bets on the site may go unmatched. This is because we will never bet against you ourselves, your bets are always against other skilled esports fans.

When a bet is "unmatched" it means that no one wanted to take up your bet based on its market or its odds. Keep in mind that although you set the odds for each bet, you are more likely to get a bet matched if the odds are fair. A bet that expires (the event takes place, for example) without being matched, will be refunded into the user's account.

When a bet is "matched" it means that someone has accepted your bet from the other side of the table. They believe your predicted bet outcome won't happen and you will be competing against them directly. Once a bet is "matched" it cannot be taken back.
